We are pleased to announce that the Tapflo Group Meeting is happening. Although we would all like to have it in a traditional, unwired formula this time we still have to take it online.

Thanks to this formula, however, we are able to address this meeting to a larger group of participants than ever before.

This time we are inviting both Tapflo Group Companies and Independent Partners (Distributors) at the same time!

Moreover, we can allow each organization to delegate, to the meeting, as many participants as it deems appropriate.

Hygienic Valves

Hygienic valves from Tapflo are high-quality components made of forged 304L and 316L stainless steel.

All valves in our portfolio are serialized for full traceability, even 304L valves, and are manufactured within TÜV NORD ISO 9001: 2015 approved manufacturing process.

Universal Baseplates and Wall Supports

Tapflo presents new series of accessories for pumps and pulsation dampeners. Universal Baseplates and Wall Supports are designed to enable stable and easy installation of delivered devices. Thanks to these new accessories, our products can be easily mounted on the floor, supporting construction or on the wall.

Heavy Duty Integrated flanges

Tapflo pumps with integrated flanges offer a robust and solid design. When there is a risk of transferring of vibration from the installation to the pump or elastic hoses are connected without support, the solid manifolds provide better stability and sealing for the pump. More material and robust construction is a perfect solution for most demanding inquiries such as high pressure applications or when increased loads on manifolds can occur. Using this solution, the pump can be connected to the installation by a flange (DIN, ANSI) or through a BSP thread.

Product Highlights

T30 STT + DT30 + Trolley

A 1” sanitary pump with a pulsation dampener, both polished to Ra<0.8 and mounted on a custom made hygienic trolley with built-on air treatment system .

🛠️ 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: This small unit was delivered to a dairy plant. The transferred liquid is a solution with E-coli bacteria, supplied to a homogenizer at a flow of 300 l/h @ 2 bar discharge pressure. Due to the low flow, an AODD pump was selected over a centrifugal one. The client has requested a mobile solution, which overall dimensions, were smaller than our standard units. The client was satisfied with the swift realization of this custom-made project.

TXK220 XTE

PTFE coated aluminium pump with built on pulsation dampener, PTFE diaphragms and EPDM valve balls.

🛠️ 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: This pump is used in a spraying application for roof tile painting. The built on dampener helps to achieve a smooth flow and the PTFE coated parts ensure a non-stick surface for easy cleaning.
As standard, the Tapflo PTFE coated pumps are delivered with electropolished stainless steel manifolds.

We would like to highlight that there are other options to select from. The pump can be equipped with PTFE coated aluminum manifolds or PTFE coated built-on pulsation dampener. What is more, you can also have the pump with PTFE coated SS housings and manifolds if needed (e.g. TXP220 YTT).
