Pneumatic batch control

Tapflo’s totally pneumatic batcher can control any Tapflo AODD pump to produce accurate and repeatable dispensed volumes. Fully programmable allowing you to set the batch amount (TPUK-BP) or batch time (TPUK-BT). Available also with internal mounted control to prevent unauthorized adjustments (TPUK-BPI and TPUK-BTI).

The pneumatic batch unit allows you to set and pump a certain number of pump strokes – all this without any electricity. The system is easily applied on all Tapflo pumps. Only the exhaust muffler has to modified with a hose connection.

TPUK-BP

The Pneumatic Batcher is a fully pneumatic predetermining counter system which records pump strokes as a series of low-pressure pulses from the air exhaust of an AODD pump, stopping the pump once a pre-set number of strokes have been recorded, thus controlling the volume of product dispensed by the pump.

The predetermining counter is mounted externally, allowing the user to adjust the preset value as required.

TPUK-BPI

The predetermining counter is mounted internally, preventing the user from adjusting the preset value.

Access to the predetermining counter to adjust the preset value is made using a screwdriver to release the hinged lid.

TPUK-BT

The Pneumatic Timed Batcher is a fully pneumatic run time controller for use with an AODD pump. The pump can be started locally or remotely, stopping automatically once the set time has elapsed, thus controlling the volume of product dispensed by the pump.

The timer is mounted externally, allowing the user to adjust the set time as required.
