Service technician / Service manager for industrial pumps (Czechia and Slovakia)
The company Tapflo s.r.o. a member of the Tapflo Group is a leader in the field of industrial pumps and is looking for an experienced and responsible service technician to work in the Czechia and Slovakia.
Requirements:
- Experience servicing industrial pumps, including diagnostics, repairs and maintenance.
- Knowledge of different types of pumps, their principles of operation and construction.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and service documentation.
- Knowledge of service tools and techniques.
- Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems.
- Independence at work, responsibility and ability to work under time pressure.
- Communication and good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of English is welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out inspections, repairs and maintenance of industrial pumps.
- Diagnose malfunctions and failures of pumps and take corrective measures.
- Assembly and disassembly of pumps according to customer requirements.
- Operation of service tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Document the performed service work and prepare reports.
- Maintain good relations with customers and ensure a high level of service.
